Email Address
Collected when you create an account, used solely for authentication and account management.
Workout Data
Exercise logs, sets, reps, weight, and related fitness data you enter or record, stored to provide the app's core functionality.
Audio Data
Voice recordings you submit are sent to our server for transcription into workout logs. Audio is processed and not stored permanently.
3. How We Use Your Information
All data collected is used exclusively to provide and improve the FitPilot app experience. We do not use your data for advertising, marketing, or analytics purposes.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or share your personal data with third parties. Your data is processed using Supabase (database/authentication) and OpenAI (voice transcription).
5. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. All data transmission is encrypted via HTTPS.
6. Data Retention
Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.
7. Children's Privacy
FitPilot is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
